Jenna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State. She has experience in both the mental health field as well as the the corporate sector, with a focus on digital health and technology. Jenna holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jenna specializes in anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma and loss, career stress, and depression. She also has a particular interest in working with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
