Jenna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State with a background that bridges clinical mental health and the corporate world, including experience in digital health and technology. She earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Jenna works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, attachment issues, grief, career stress, and depression. She has a particular interest in couples therapy and often draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen emotional connection and understand relational patterns.
Her approach is integrative, grounded in relational psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory, while incorporating evidence-based practices. Jenna tailors her work to each client’s unique needs and strengths, viewing therapy as a collaborative space to explore emotional histories, internal narratives, and unconscious influences. With warmth, attunement, and a style that blends gentleness with directness, she supports clients in cultivating insight, resilience, and meaningful connection.
