Jackquelin holds several certifications that she believes are essential to assisting clients’ growth. She is certified as a Nutrition Health Coach, Gottman’s Couples Methods (levels 1-3), ADHD Advanced Strategies, and DBT, focusing on interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, PTSD, and trauma.
Jackquelin approaches treatment from a culturally sensitive lens and strives to develop a trusting bond with each unique client, working collaboratively to hone their needs and goals. She aims to promote resilience, empowerment, and authenticity by cultivating an affirmative therapeutic relationship addressing clients’ presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, intimacy problems, lifespan transitions, sexual dysfunction, relationship conflicts, and gender/sexual identity exploration.
