Anthony has expertise in treating adults with trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. He has a special interest in working with clients challenged by intimacy and closeness, low-self-worth, unsatisfying relationship patterns, perfectionism, and those exploring their identity or sexual orientation.
Anthony holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Rochester. He has advanced training in AEDP and is committed to deepening his understanding of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of the individuals he serves.
Anthony offers a unique and tailored approach to treatment for each client he serves. His method is integrative yet largely informed by Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). These frameworks enable Anthony to track his client’s emotions and moments of transformation in real-time, ensuring they feel safe and supported as they explore and deepen their emotional and transformational experiences.
