Anna's approach to therapy is warm, relational, and empowering. She recognizes the healing power of feeling truly seen and heard, and strives to create a collaborative environment where individuals and couples can deepen their self-knowledge through increased empathy and understanding.
While Anna may integrate liberation-based healing practices or psychoanalytic approaches, she prioritizes relationships as a source of both individual and collective healing. By attending to our relationships with ourselves and others, Anna believes we can reflect on past influences and practice new ways of being in the present and future.
Anna holds an LMSW, obtained through a dual master's degree program at Union Theological Seminary and Silberman School of Social Work, where she concentrated in mental health.
