Laura has over ten years of clinical experience in both inpatient behavioral health and outpatient community mental health settings. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome stress, anxiety, depression, and cope with life transitions, relationship issues, and career challenges.
Laura utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address negative self-talk and distressing emotions.
