With over ten years of clinical experience, Laura's background encompasses both inpatient behavioral health and outpatient community mental health settings. Laura is passionate about helping individuals overcome stress and anxiety, depression, cope with different life transitions, relationship issues and career challenges.
Laura's draws upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focusing on the thoughts we tell ourselves that often times leads to negative self-talk and distressing emotions. Laura is known for creating an open, warm and nonjudgmental space for her therapy clients. She believes individuals are incredibly resilient and can overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles with the right support and guidance.
